Written in 2021, this song is about love, kinship, separation and hope. It narrates the feelings of loss after a loved one passes on.

The chorus repeats thrice in this song. The first time, it represents the words of the departed while she was still living. The second time, it represents the memories of the singer as she recalls those words. The third time, it shows the singer moving out of the shadows as she consoles herself with those very words.

The original form of the song was created around 2000, named Love is Blind / 你的出现. The whole melody and lyrics has been revamped in this modern rendition.

It attempts to capture the idea that two very different people (sociocultural, ethnic etc) can say “I don’t mind” to each other despite the objections of others and the emotional upheavals they would face. That as long as they are there for each other when required, their love for each other is most crucial to make it work.
